Preparations for the Kearsley Christmas Tree and Lights Festival big switch-on next Tuesday are well under way.I came out of church after this morning's assembly just in time to watch the St Stephen's Star being hoisted into position. Not shown in the picture is Mr Neil Turner (a parent and governor at the school) who is atop the tower ready to fix the star in place.
