It was great to see Mr Miller today who had the opportunity to see his new Year 5 class in action, shining in all they do. 

Fabulous coding with Mr Chowdry. Mr Chowdry will work alongside Year 5 over the next few weeks on a series of challenges, including using the skills of debugging which is all part of the UKS2 computing curriculum. Excellent coding has been demonstrated by Kody, Alisia, Isla and Isaac. Well done…

A fabulous afternoon of sketching daffodils to accompany our Wordsworth poems. Well done year 5 a marvellous host of daffodils.

Spellings  to be tested on 16/9/19

We have started to read the Iron Man by Ted Hughes and here we are performing a poem based on the opening chapter.  We had to think about the best way to use our voice and incorporate actions as well. The children did incredibly well!

Your child’s multiplication assessment from today will be coming home with them this evening so that you can look at the areas that need working on.
