Please ensure if your child is a member of Year 2 you have joined us on Class Dojo where we will keep you up to date with our latest adventures, send reminders and share key information throughout the year.
If you need to contact us for anything, please contact the school office on 01204 333 642 or message Mrs Wall on Dojo. Dojo is not monitored throughout the day by teachers.
Our Class Novel
Throughout Year 2, we will be reading books selected by children along with enjoying some of Julia Donaldson's famous stories. We will also find out about George's Marvellous Medicine and experience the joys of the lands at the top of The Magic Faraway Tree, before we encounter some Fearless Fairytales.

Essential Letters and Sounds teaches children how to read, quickly! It does this through consistent lesson structure, resources and language. Minimising cognitive load and increasing the children's success.
