Magical!
All our tree dwelling scarecrows are characters from the popular children's book 'The Magic Faraway Tree'. The children (and staff) have done a brilliant job of bringing Moon -Face, Dame Washalot, Silky and the Saucepan Man (amongst others) to life.
The Finishing Touch
Mr Williams (Site Manager) ably assisted by Mr Seggie (School Governor) puts the finishing touches to this year's St Stephen's entry in the Kearsley Scarecrow Festival. Thank you gentlemen!
Top Table - Top Guests
A great end to a great week! Seven Star Award Winners joined me on the Top Table.
Angry Pixie
We have had great fun making our Angry Pixie for our school scarecrow display taken from The Magic Far Away Tree by Enid Blyton.
Problematic place value
Today we played a game of four digit numbers. Why not have a game at home to further stretch those brains over the weekend.

Supermovers
Look at us using dance and music to help us learn our number facts. You could even have a go at home on the BBC Supermovers website.
Saucepan Man
We have a new member to our class! Why not see if you can find him over the weekend? He will be with his friends in the Magic Faraway Tree!
